We have been partnered with the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) since 2015 to co-deliver Planning for Canada, a ground-breaking pre-arrival initiative delivered worldwide and funded by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). COA is managed by the International Organization for Migration.
Together we have more than 25 years of experience meeting newcomers needs before they arrive in Canada.
Our network is your network. Together, we map out a plan to success and refer you to Canadian partners that can help you achieve your settlement goals. We have over 50 partners across Canada including immigrant serving organizations, sector councils, regulatory bodies, credential assessment agencies, and provincial and territorial governments at the ready to help.
Referral partners are a key part of the CIIP experience. Partners support CIIP participants by providing:
- Sector-specific support, information, and resources in your new community
- Online tools such as credential assessment, job search workshops, job banks, and mentorship
- Settlement guidance such as financial, housing and schooling advice
